NDT Specialist

Eddy-current test uses electromagnetic induction to detect flaws in conductive materials. The eddy current test set-up consists of a circular coil which is placed on the test surface.

Data collection

It is the process of gathering and measuring information on variables of interest, in an established systematic fashion one to answer stated research questions and evaluate outcomes.

ADVANCED DATA LTD

Our company provides remote collaboration, also render a full suite of non-destructive testing (NDT) solutions for eddy current testing. Our employees are highly skilled, educated and ready to take the most challenging opportunities. ADVANCED DATA LTD is specialized in the integration of testing solutions which satisfy the customers inspectional requirements.

Advanced NDT solutions continues to support the Power Generation & Energy Sectors for planned outages and routine maintenance projects with the traditional EC NDT techniques for the clients of the nuclear industry.

The method Eddy current surface inspection personnel provides Eddy Current Non-Destructive Testing for the detection of surface connected flaws. This NDT technology is based upon the principles of inducing an electromagnetic field into a part and measuring the disturbance to that field by the presence of imperfections. The results are collected to central server and after are defined based upon similar responses to known reflectors in calibration standards. This NDT technique is ideal for nonferrous parts and is capable of inspection through coatings that are intact and smooth.

ADVANCED DATA LTD delivering for engineers, probes and sensors for EC /eddy currents) Non-destructive testing (NDT). They enable materials, components, systems and parts to be tested without limiting future usability. Special non-destructive testing (NDT) probes and sensors use many different and unique technologies, but often consist eddy current, or corrosion-detection devices. Typically, these NDT products are used to perform eddy current testing. Specialty non-destructive testing (NDT) probes and sensors can also reveal fatigues or cracks in cooling exchangers parts.
